Our network

From our home in Dubai, we are committed to taking more people to more places, more often. Over the last 15 years, we have created an expanding network that spans over more than 125 destinations in 55 countries across Africa, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Central and South-East Europe, the GCC and the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent and South-East Asia. Most of these unique destinations had no or very few direct airlinks to Dubai.

All our flights are within a seven-hour flying radius of our hub in Dubai, a vibrant and thriving city that is home to more than three million people representing more than 200 nationalities.

Cabin Crew

As flydubai cabin crew, you will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team that ensures a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for our diverse customer base.

Minimum Requirements
• Must be at least 21‭ ‬years old
• Minimum height of 158 cm, in accordance with our safety regulations‬
• Well-groomed and professional appearance, in line with flydubai’s grooming standards
• No visible tattoos while in uniform
• Possession of a valid passport
• In good health, with the ability to pass an aero medical examination
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage‬
• Confident in the water when wearing a flotation aid/life jacket
• Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
• Enthusiastic and proactive, with a passion for delivering excellent service
• Respectful, adaptable, and willing to work in a multi-cultural team environment
• Must have a safety-conscious attitude and ability to respond to emergencies in a calm and effective manner
• Willing to relocate to Dubai, (UAE)
• High school diploma is essential
• International aviation experience is an advantage
• 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in aviation, hospitality, or retail

Training Bond
• USD 2,650/approx. AED 9,700 for the first year

Pay & Benefits
• Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: AED 8,275
• Plus Variable Flying pay: Avg. Monthly AED 4,500 (Based on average of 90 flying hours)

First Officer

flydubai gives you an excellent opportunity to learn and develop when you join as a First Officer.

Minimum Requirements

• Education – Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid ICAO ATPL
• Valid ICAO 1st Class Medical certificate
• ELP level 4 or above

Type Rated
• B737 300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) endorsed within the last 24 months
• At least 1,500 MPA hours flying time
• 500 hours on B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type aircraft

Non Type Rated
• At least 2,500 hours total flying time
• At least 1,000 hours on modern (EFIS), multi crew, multi engine aircraft over 10 tones operating weight (preference will be given to those with PIC time)
• At least 1500 hours MPA time

Training Bond 3 Years
• Type Rated USD 24,000
• Non Type Rated USD 36,000

Pay & Benefits
• Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: monthly AED 35,250
• Variable Flying pay: Avg. Monthly AED 11,410 (Based on average 70 flying hours)

Second Officer Programme

If you are passionate about flying and have a taste for adventure we would like to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements
• Age External candidate: Minimum 20 years / Max 35 years
• Age Internal candidate: Minimum 20 years / Max 40 years (All Internal candidates need to have 2 year continuous employment with flydubai)
• Education – Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• ELP level 4 or above
• Valid 1st Class Medical certificate from ICAO
• CPL/IR with 195 hours (Max credit 55 hours on synthetic device) + frozen ATPL
• B737 (600 900) type rating with minimum of 52 hours of Full Flight Simulator
• B737 ( 600 900 ) type rating obtained from GCAA approved training organization

Training Bond 5 Years
• From final line check total sum of USD 36,000 until 5th year anniversary (Non Prorated)

Pay & Benefits
• Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: monthly AED 22,465
