Personal Shopper – Harvey Nichols – Kuwait
The Role:
As a personal shopper you will offer a bespoke and personalised service to customers, combining a customer focused approach with the ability to maximise sales.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
• At least 3 years’ retail experience
• Previous experience working in a targeted environment, as the role will involve sales targets
• Outstanding customer service skills.
Crew – Shake Shack – Kuwait
The Role:
As a member of our crew, and a representative of our brand, you will provide customers with excellent customer service ensuring that they have an enjoyable dining experience and want to make return visits.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
– At least 1-2 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant.
– Excellent communications skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage).
– Computer knowledge.
Department Manager – H&M Beauty – Kuwait
The Role:
As the Department Manager you will train, develop, and lead a department team to maximise sales and reduce stock loss, working alongside them on the shop floor in order to demonstrate and drive an excellent standard of customer service.
You will ensure that all Sales Associates are highly motivated and knowledgeable about the brand, and you will also deputize for the Store and Assistant Store Manager during periods of absence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
– At least 3 years retail experience.
– The ability to efficiently delegate tasks amongst a team, negotiate with customers and colleagues, and interview new hires, as needed.
– Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
– Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.
– Commercially aware and business orientated.
