Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

കുവൈത്ത് സിറ്റി: കുവൈത്തിൽ പുതുതായി നിലവിൽ വന്ന താമസ നിയമം (ആർട്ടിക്കിൾ 19) പ്രകാരമുള്ള ആദ്യ കേസിൽ പ്രവാസി തൊഴിലാളിക്ക് അനുകൂലമായ വിധി. ശമ്പള കുടിശ്ശിക നൽകുന്നതിൽ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തിയ കമ്പനി ഉടമയ്ക്ക് കോടതി 5,000 ദിനാർ പിഴ ചുമത്തി.
2024 ജൂലൈ 15-നാണ് തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ശമ്പളം നൽകാത്തതിനെതിരെ തൊഴിലുടമക്കെതിരെ കുവൈത്ത് കുറ്റാന്വേഷണ വിഭാഗം കേസ് ഫയൽ ചെയ്തത്. പുതിയ താമസ നിയമം പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വരുന്നതിന് മുമ്പാണ് കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തതെന്ന തൊഴിലുടമയുടെ വാദം കോടതി തള്ളി. കേസിന്റെ സമയപരിധിക്കപ്പുറം മനുഷ്യത്വപരമായ പരിഗണനയാണ് ഈ കേസിൽ പ്രധാനമെന്ന് ജസ്റ്റിസ് മിഷാരി അൽ-ബൈജാൻ അധ്യക്ഷനായ ഫസ്റ്റ് ഇൻസ്റ്റൻസ് കോടതി നിരീക്ഷിച്ചു.
