The Purpose
Accountable for the Retail store continuous inspection Interior and Exterior Design, the retail shops collateral support and needs from suppliers. In addition to being accountable for the maintenance of existing Retail stores quality.
Key Accountabilties & Responsiblities
Ensure that corporate guidelines for retail development are complied with as per direction of the Retail Branding Guidelines and as directed by the Manager Channel Premises.
Ensure standards are maintained in all retail stores in order to maintain service quality for each retail segment in accordance with set guidelines.
Ensure the process of rebranding of shop being applied by the revamp group
Coordinate the relation with external parties, including but not limited to:
Vendors and Contractors (within retail scope)
Suppliers (within retail scope) Distribute Store Opening Schedule to strategic Business Partners and follow up as and when required.
Coordinate with Franchisee and contractor when requested by Manager Channel Premises to ensure proper implementation of the branding guidelines in all stores and report deviation from the guidelines.
Coordinate the transformation Process with guidance from the Manager Channel Premises, to shift approved stores to franchisee.
Affectively coordinate with Facility Teams to achieve the required Standards for Look & Feel for retail shops and report deficiencies and deviation from corporate guidelines.
Prepare PR for all related tasks in accordance and with guidance from the Manager Channel Premises and follow up until payments are done.
Coordinate and follow-up with the Purchasing department as and when required for quotations.
Review established processes and procedures and recommend areas to be improved on, with regards to shop’s building and maintenance.
Produce periodical reports to monitor the progress of assigned tasks in accordance with guidelines set by the Manager Channel Premises.
Ensure all campaigns and collaterals related are being produced/ distributed to the right channels on time.
Continuous update of the TMM according to business needs.
Oversee the demo device distribution and availability in stores.

The Role
Responsible to manage and supervise the inventory control & optimization team to robust sales order & logistics management for products, devices & merchandising items.
Key Accountabilities and Activities
Manage efficient sales orders management for tradable inventory.
Provide forecast short term and long term for stock requirement based on market intelligence and analysing trends, collate forecast from all channels, align with marketing forecast.
Responsible to ensure that all channels and sales touch points have optimum stock of items that are relevant to that location.
Responsible for overall management of all PRs and related payments.
Ensure that all inventory policies are adhered to by all staff in the Sales Division.
Provide smart delivery schedule for different inventory items to ensure minimum aging of stock.
Co-ordinate with P&L, Finance, Vendors to fulfil pre and post purchase activities.
Manage an optimum stock in the Sales Stores and conduct regular audits to produce reconciliation report for sales management.
Manage the product wise pre-activation schedule by co-ordinating with other departments.
Co-ordinate with Finance and Technology for creation of new items and locations.
Liaise with Store Managers to gather stock audit status and produce reconciliation reports for sales management.
Generate system reports that shows stock level in designated location.
Follow-up on orders release/delivery with other stakeholders for test and give away devices and generating reconciliation reports.
Create and Implement necessary procedures and process flow for the inventory management process book
Follow up with team to ensure the tasks are completed.Responsible to manage an effective consignment stock process and rotation of stock.
Responsible for Consignment stock ordering, allocation, and returns.

Qualifications

The Role
Supervise, monitor and coach the teams responsible for Quality Control, SAF Quality Investigations, amendment and Filing of all customer contracts
Own and develop Contract & SAF Scanning & Archiving Processes for ooredoo Kuwait (mainly B2C & B2B with attention to other departments requirements)
Owned all new sales channels added to current sales channels serving Ooredoo.
Own digital check across all levels (activation information – channels – Attached documents – system reflected data – rejection reasons – post actions)
Key Accountabilities and Activities
Supervise and monitor the Quality Control team to ensure that processes required for checking customer contracts are understood and met.
Propose, design and deploy continuous improvement Quality plan for customer SAF’s, taking into consideration SAF/contract inflow dynamics, Ooredoo expansion plans in terms of market presence and penetration etc.
Allocate work appropriately to the team on a daily basis taking into account the each team member’s workload and skill levels.
Ensure work is completed on time and maintain team at the required number and experience.
As an expert to intervene as required and resolve complex issues or answer staff questions.
Convene daily briefings at the commencement of each shift to review the previous day’s performance, advice of any new developments and provide a forum for exchange of views.
Generate and participate in the analysis of daily, weekly and monthly activity reports to identify trends, optimise resource deployment and improve service.
Personally check a targeted number of customer contracts that are submitted by dealers and Ooredoo Retail Stores and use a checklist to ensure that all relevant information has been submitted and is included.
Rectify any problems with the contracts using the QC module in the system.
Deactivate contracts that have not had activity for a predetermined period of time and arrange to have them removed from archiving to be sent to storage in accordance with Kuwait requirements.
Provide monthly and quarterly reports and analysis about pending SAF delivery and Base status.
Open and maintain communication channel with Sales teams responsible for SAF delivery (received, rejected and missing).
Supervise the team responsible for filing contracts and distribute work accordingly.
Intervene as required, to resolve complex issues or answer filing staff questions.
Identify, analyse and act on opportunities to improve archiving processes, making recommendations and implementing as appropriate.
Oversee scanning of all customer related documents/contracts
Provide monthly and quarterly reports and analysis about contract Archiving across all customer base.
