The Role:
You will work with the Store Manager to achieve objectives, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by staff and that they have the skills and support required to maximise sales.

കുവൈറ്റിൽ വിദേശ അധ്യാപകരെ നിയമിക്കാൻ അനുമതി. സിവിൽ സർവീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ (സിഎസ്സി) വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന് 2025/2026 അധ്യയന വർഷത്തേക്ക് അധ്യാപകരെ നിയമിക്കാൻ നിർദ്ദേശം നൽകി. സൂചിപ്പിച്ച ശാസ്ത്ര, ഹ്യുമാനിറ്റീസ് വിഷയങ്ങളിലേക്കാണ് നിലവിൽ അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്.
ഈ നിയമനങ്ങൾക്ക് സിഎസ്സി നിബന്ധനകളും വ്യവസ്ഥകളും പാലിക്കാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ഏപ്രിൽ 1 മുതൽ ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 1 വരെ ജോലിക്ക് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത നിരവധി കുവൈത്തി അപേക്ഷകരെ അധ്യാപക തസ്തികകളിലേക്ക് നാമനിർദ്ദേശം ചെയ്തതായി സിഎസ്സി മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന് അയച്ച കത്തിൽ പറയുന്നു.
മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന് 776 അധ്യാപകരെ (401 പുരുഷന്മാരും 375 സ്ത്രീകളും) ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെന്ന് അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ 726 അധ്യാപകരെ മാത്രമാണ് (178 പുരുഷന്മാരും 548 സ്ത്രീകളും) സിഎസ്സി നാമനിർദ്ദേശം ചെയ്തത്. ബാക്കിയുള്ള ഒഴിവുകളിൽ ജനറൽ സയൻസ് വിഷയത്തിൽ 25 പേരും, കെമിസ്ട്രിക്ക് ആറ് പേരും, ബയോളജിക്ക് 13 പേരും, ജിയോളജിക്ക് മൂന്ന് പേരുമാണ് വേണ്ടത്. 3/2017 സർക്കുലറിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ അനുസരിച്ച്, കുവൈത്തി അമ്മമാർക്ക് ജനിച്ച വിദേശ അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് മുൻഗണന നൽകണം. സിഎസ്സി നൽകിയ പട്ടിക പ്രകാരം, മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന് ഇപ്പോഴും 324 അധ്യാപകരെ ആവശ്യമുണ്ട് (236 പുരുഷന്മാരും 88 സ്ത്രീകളും).
